US banker wants to trade home for Anthropic shares

A US banker is looking to exchange his 14-acre estate for the shares of AI firm Anthropic. The banker in a LinkedIn post said he would allow the equity holder to retain 20% of future gains of the exchanged shares before they can be legally transferred. Business Insider had earlier reported that Anthropic's valuation is nearing $1 trillion.
