US becomes India's top gas supplier in May amid West Asia crisis: Report

The US emerged as India's largest supplier of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) in May, ahead of traditional suppliers like UAE and Qatar, amid the West Asia conflict, as per Kpler's data. India's LPG imports from US stood at 6.29 lakh tonnes. India imported 9.07 lakh tonnes of LNG from US in May, its highest ever.
