US Bill to impose 100% tariffs on India reaches Trump's desk

The US House of Representatives has passed a legislation authorising President Donald Trump to impose tariffs of up to 100% on India, China and other countries for buying oil and gas from Russia. The Bill has now reached Trump's desk to be signed into law. Notably, the Bill has exempted several European countries that also purchase gas from Russia.
