US billionaire and former Walmart executive Marc Lore has unveiled plans for a new $400-billion city called 'Telosa' in the American desert that "sets a global standard for urban living". The proposed 1,50,000-acre city will allow residents to access their workplaces within 15 minutes from their homes. It would also feature indoor farming, energy-efficient buildings, and high-speed transportation.
