US blows up own planes stuck in Iran while rescuing missing fighter jet crew

During fighter jet crew's rescue, two US transport planes that were supposed to fly US personnel back got stuck at a base in Iran, US media reported. The personnel then reportedly flew out in new planes and blew up the stuck planes rather than have them fall into Iranian hands. Meanwhile, Iran claimed that it destroyed one of the planes.
