US-born techie forcefully dragged from car by ICE agents days after 1 killed in shooting

Days after a woman was fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer in US, another woman was forcefully dragged from her car by the agents in Minnesota. In a viral video, US-born techie Aliya Rahman was seen calling herself "disabled" and screaming that she "was just trying to get to doctor". ICE agents broke her car's window.
