US building online portal for Europeans to access content banned by their govts: Report

The US State Department is developing an online portal that will enable people in Europe and elsewhere to see content banned by their governments, Reuters reported. The site hosted at 'freedom.gov' will reportedly include banned content like alleged hate speech and terrorist propaganda. The site will not track user activity, and user traffic will appear to be originating from US.
