US calls India-Pak foreign ministers meeting 'terrific news'

After India accepted Pakistan's request for a meeting between foreign ministers, the US State Department said it is "terrific news" for the two nations to be able to sit down and have a conversation together. India has clarified that the meeting, scheduled on the sidelines of the ongoing UN session in New York, does not mean a resumption of dialogue.
