US cancels 1,790 foreign commercial driving licences over new law
The United States Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles has cancelled 1,790 non-domiciled Commercial Driver's Licences (CDLs), with community sources and advocacy groups saying most of those affected are Punjabi Sikh truck drivers who have built their livelihoods driving long-haul trucks across the United States. The BMV sent notifications to affected drivers on March 16.
