US cancer survivor turns LEGO memories into joy for sick kids

Cancer survivor Alexander Ackled-Dold has launched a LEGO donation drive for children undergoing treatment at Southlake's pediatric oncology clinic. Inspired by the kindness he received while battling leukaemia as a child, the Grade 12 student and his family have donated 573 LEGO minifigures and raised over $2,575 to provide young patients with moments of joy.
