US cares deeply for Indian students: Garcetti amid death cases

US' envoy to India Eric Garcetti said the country "cares deeply" for the well-being of Indian students. "We want parents to know that their children are our children when they are in the US," he said, reaffirming that "US is a safe country". Eleven Indian and Indian-origin students were found dead under unexplainable circumstances in the US this year.
