US-China ties most crucial, we must never mess it up: Xi to Trump

Chinese President Xi Jinping told his US counterpart Donald Trump that US-China relationship is the "most important bilateral relationship in the world". "We must make it work and never mess it up," he stated. He added that both "China and US stand to gain from cooperation and lose from confrontation". Trump is on a two-day visit to China.
