US citizen detained in underwear by ICE agents in freezing conditions

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents forced open a door and detained a US citizen in Minnesota at gunpoint without a warrant. They then forced him out onto the streets handcuffed, wearing only his underwear in subfreezing conditions, his family claimed.
