US climate envoy praises PM Modi, calls India 'red-hot investment opportunity'

US' Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry on Thursday praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his commitment to addressing the challenge posed by climate change. "India is actually a red-hot investment opportunity for its clean energy transition," he said. Kerry further said he intends to work "very, very closely with" Indian leadership.
