US considering 4 options for 'massive final blow' in Iran

US Defence Department is considering military options for a "final blow" in Iran that could include the use of ground forces and a massive bombing campaign, Axios reported. US President Donald Trump reportedly has four options to choose from, including invasion of Iran's Kharg Island, invading Larak island, seizing strategic island of Abu Musa, and seizing ships exporting Iranian oil.
