US court rejects Khalistani separatist Pannun's claim of summons being served to NSA Doval
A US district court rejected Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun's allegations that court documents, including a summon, were served to National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, saying that the complaint wasn't delivered to any officers. Pannu had claimed in court papers that he had hired people to serve the notice at Blair House but they were stopped by Secret Service agents.
