US deploys converted business jet EA-37B after Iran downs AWACS aircraft

An EA-37B, a Gulfstream G550 business jet airframe modified with electronic warfare equipment operated by the US, has arrived at RAF Mildenhall in the UK. A US military outlet reported its Iran deployment could mark its first combat use. This comes after US lost an E-3 Sentry airborne warning and control system (AWACS) aircraft in Iranian strike in Saudi Arabia.
