US drops bounties on 3 Taliban-linked Haqqani leaders

The US has removed multi-million dollar bounties on three Haqqani network leaders, including Sirajuddin Haqqani, who is Afghanistan's Taliban interior minister, a report said. Sirajuddin was once a top US target with a $10 million reward. The names of Abdul Aziz Haqqani and his brother-in-law Yahya Haqqani were also removed. However, all three remain designated as global terrorists.
