US envoy warns NATO allies to prepare for possible Russian attack

US Ambassador to NATO Matt Whitaker urged allies to prepare for a possible Russian attack after a WSJ report cited leaked US intelligence suggesting Russia could launch a limited land or cyber attack on a NATO member within years. NATO allies have agreed to allocate up to 5% of GDP on defence by 2035.
