US explains why it removed sanctions on purchase of Iranian oil

US has said that it removed sanctions on purchase of Iranian oil because "sanctioned Iranian oil is presently being hoarded by China on the cheap". US added that the move will "help relieve temporary pressures on oil supply caused by Iran". "In essence, we will be using the Iranian barrels against Iran to keep the price down," it further said.
