US family sues airlines for ₹1.8 crore after getting 'infested' with bedbugs

A US family has sued Delta Air Lines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, seeking $200,000 (₹1.8 crore) in damages after alleging being infested by bedbugs on a flight. The family claimed noticing bugs crawling on sweater within two hours into flight and were bitten multiple times. Pictures showed dead bugs on clothing along with large, red welts on children's bodies.
