US firefighters rescue drivers stuck on truck's hood amid floods

Firefighters drove through water deep enough to float an SUV in US' New York City to rescue drivers stranded on the hood of a truck amid flash floods. A video shows firefighters assisting the drivers out of the water onto ledges and bringing them to safety. This comes after severe thunderstorms caused flash flooding in New York City on Saturday.
