US firefighters rescue kid with head stuck between fence bars

New York City Fire Department rescued a young boy whose head was stuck between the vertical metal bars of a fence. Firefighters used a webbing strap and Halligan bar to force the bars apart, widening the gap enough for the boy to free his head. Once the gap was wide enough, the boy pulled his head out and walked free.
