US firm offers 'scolder' service to scold bosses on staff's behalf

A US-based non-profit company called OCDA has started to offer services by 'scolder' agents who would go to other companies and scold bosses based on the grievances of employees. The scolder agent is obligated to deliver the critique, as scripted by the employee, in person or on phone call. OCDA was launched earlier this year by stand-up comedian Calimar White.
