US flags China's military ties with Pak and relations with India

A US report has flagged China’s dual-track strategy with India, decreasing tensions along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) while also strengthening military cooperation with Pakistan. The report stated that China is seen as seeking to capitalise on reduced tensions along LAC to prevent the deepening of US-India ties. It noted India is likely to remain sceptical of China's actions.
