US flags to fly at half-mast to honour California shooting victims: Biden

US President Joe Biden ordered that the country's flag shall be flown at half-staff as a mark of respect towards victims of the California mass shooting, the White House said. The flag will be lowered at White House, public buildings and grounds, all military posts, naval stations, embassies and other facilities outside the country until sunset on January 26, 2023.
