US Govt to delete old H1B visa applications from their systems

Employment and Training Administration under Department of Labor in USA will delete records older than five years from the Foreign Labor Access Gateway (FLAG) system starting March 20, 2025. Employers using FLAG for visa applications like H-1B, H-2A, H-2B, and PERM must download their data.
