US' Hertz sued by scooter startup for allegedly poaching engineers

Lime, which provides e-scooter rentals, has sued Hertz in the US alleging the rental car giant improperly hired the startup's senior engineers. Lime's seeking unspecified monetary damages and an injunction to recover its trade secrets. It has also sued two of its ex-engineers who now work at Hertz, accusing one of them of downloading confidential Lime files before his departure.
