US investor fired from his own firm after he says 'Palestinians should be sterilised'

Venture capitalist Kenneth Ballenegger is being removed as a partner from Oyster Ventures, the US firm he co-founded, after making offensive remarks on the Israel-Hamas conflict. "After the war, Israel should handle Gaza like China handles Xinjiang. Full surveillance state. Re-education camps. Sterilisations," Ballenegger had tweeted. He made his X profile private after his post was criticised.
