Walmart wins lawsuit in US against its Fudge Mint cookies

A US judge dismissed a proposed class action lawsuit accusing Walmart of deceiving shoppers by selling Fudge Mint cookies that lacked fudge and mint. The judge said no cases showed that consumers expect "fudge" to contain milkfat and that "mint" promised a flavour, not actual mint. Complainant Eugene DeMaso had sued Walmart on behalf of consumers in 26 US states.
