US jury clears Boeing in 737 MAX revenue loss case

A US jury has ruled that Boeing is not liable for revenue losses claimed by Polish airline LOT over the grounding of 737 MAX jets after two deadly crashes. LOT had sought $250 million, accusing Boeing of fraud and negligence. The Seattle court rejected the claims, marking the first MAX-related airline lawsuit to go to trial.
