US launches whistleblower programme, offers citizens $30,000 reward

US President Donald Trump announced a $25 million Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program offering citizens rewards. US' Justice Department said submitting an allegation wouldn't qualify for a reward and citizens providing tips leading to fraud conviction or federal action would receive rewards of up to $30,000. Trump said he will personally settle any disputes regarding who gets the reward.
