US lawmaker apologises to Indian-Americans over letter on Kashmir

US Congressman Tom Suozzi has apologised to Indian-Americans for not consulting them over a letter he wrote to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo about the situation in Jammu and Kashmir. "Moving forward, I'll make sure to solicit the input of all of my constituents who have a vested interest in Kashmir and work towards a peaceful region", he said.
