US man arrested for stealing human remains from cemetery

A 34-year-old Pennsylvania man, Jonathan Gerlach, was arrested for allegedly stealing about 100 sets of human remains from the abandoned Mount Moriah Cemetery near Philadelphia. Police found skulls, bones, mummified body parts and decomposing torsos at his home and storage unit. He faces over 100 charges and is being held on a $1 million bond.
