US man arrested for terror activities against India explained how he recruits 'fighters'

US national Matthew VanDyke, who was arrested by NIA for plotting terror activities against India, had once revealed how he recruits fighters. He said he wants people who believe in training locals to "resolve problems themselves". "We've a preference for former special forces," he had said. VanDyke had gone to Myanmar via Mizoram and was in touch with anti-India groups.
