US man enters abandoned house to smoke weed; finds tigress inside

A US man, who entered an abandoned house to smoke marijuana, found a caged overweight female tiger inside the property. The man, who thought he was hallucinating when he first saw the tigress, then called animal control. The officials asked the man if he was under the effect of marijuana or if he actually saw the animal.
