US man held after investigating suspicious package himself

A man was tackled and later arrested by the police in Milwaukee, US, after he investigated a suspicious package. The bomb squad was called after a backpack was left on the street. While the bag was being treated as a potential explosive device, the man rode through the cordoned-off area and opened the bag, throwing out its contents.
