US man held minutes before catching flight to Pakistan to join LeT

United States' federal prosecutors on Friday announced they have arrested 29-year-old New Yorker, Jesus Wilfredo Encarnacion, who was about to catch a flight to Pakistan to join militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba. An FBI official said Encarnacion expressed desire to "execute and behead people". In Texas, FBI charged an 18-year-old boy for using social media to recruit people on behalf of LeT.
