US man killed after GPS directs him to bridge that wasn't there

A 47-year-old man in US was killed after the GPS directed him to a bridge that wasn't there. Phil Paxson was heading home after his daughter's ninth birthday when his Jeep fell into a river after the GPS guided him to a bridge that was destroyed in 2013. Reports said there were no barriers or warning signs for the drivers.
