US man rides in backseat of Tesla with no one in driver seat; police release pics

The Golden Gate division of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) has released photos of a man who was riding in the backseat of a Tesla car while no one was seated in the driver's seat. The police have launched an investigation into the incident. "Safety for all who share our roadways is our primary concern," they added.
