A US man found his new iPhone Duo's hinge stuck and inner screen broken minutes after unboxing it. "I felt blind panic," he told The WSJ, describing bright lines along the crease and a multicoloured strip on one side of the display. Apple has acknowledged issues affecting the inner screens of a "small number" of units, saying it'll replace them.
