US military to start testosterone testing for troops aged 30 & above

The US military will start testosterone testing for all troops aged 30 and above as part of annual health screenings, Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth has announced. Troops with low testosterone levels will be offered voluntary hormone replacement therapy, and the tests will be optional for those younger than 30. However, it's not clear whether testing would apply to female troops.
