US names India among nations helping China evade Trump tariffs

The US has accused over 40 countries, including India, of being part of a "shadow trans-shipment network" allegedly helping China evade high US tariffs. A report estimated the value of illegally transshipped goods at $40 billion-$303 billion annually. US officials also announced plans to deploy an AI tool, “Detective Border,” to identify goods entering America through third countries.
