US national arrested for anti-India terror activities seeks bail

US national Matthew Aaron VanDyke, who is lodged in the Tihar jail over terror activities against India, has moved a Delhi Court seeking bail, citing that charges under the provisions of UAPA have not been invoked in the NIA chargesheet recently filed against him. The court has asked NIA to file its reply on his bail plea by September 18.
