US national VanDyke, who was arrested by NIA, returns to India to appear before court

US national Matthew VanDyke, who was arrested by NIA, returned to India to appear before a court in Delhi. VanDyke and six Ukrainian nationals were booked under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, but the charges were later dropped. They face a probe under Immigration and Foreigners Act. VanDyke spent around 180 days in jail before he was allowed to visit US.
