US national VanDyke appears before Delhi court in arms case

US national Mathew VanDyke, arrested in March under UAPA for allegedly training Myanmar-based armed groups, returned to India and appeared before a Delhi court on Friday after being allowed to travel home for a month. The six Ukrainian nationals arrested with him, however, have not returned. NIA's UAPA investigation remains ongoing.
