US not at war with every nation in the world: US Supreme Court on Trump tariffs

The US Supreme Court, which struck down most of the tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump on multiple countries, said US is "not at war with every nation in the world". The court stated that President Donald Trump enjoys no inherent authority to impose tariffs during peacetime. "The challenged tariffs are unbounded in scope, amount, and duration," the court added.
