US not in a position to tell OPEC what to do: Saudi Arabia

The US is not in a position to tell the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) nations what to do, Saudi Energy Minister Khalid al-Falih said. He added that OPEC did not "need permission from anyone to cut" oil production. His statement came after US President Donald Trump asked OPEC to not cut oil production.
