US officials privately told Iran to ignore Trump's posts, said they are for promotion: Report

Iran's Fars News Agency reported that American officials and mediators privately told Iran not to pay attention to US President Donald Trump's posts about a deal. The officials told Iran that Trump's posts are "primarily for promotional purposes and media consumption in US". Meanwhile, Trump has announced that an agreement for a peace deal with Iran has been "largely negotiated".
