US pension funds oppose 'extreme' SpaceX control structure: Report

Leaders of three major US public pension systems have raised concerns over SpaceX's "extreme" ownership and control structure ahead of its IPO, Reuters reported. In a letter to founder and CEO Elon Musk, they said the company's governance model could weaken shareholder protections. The officials also objected to the level of control the board has granted Musk over the company.
